Our project is the process of creating a biodiversity sanctuary and a regenerative, botanical and community forest.
It is a different and quite unique concept that aims to value rural property and serve as a nucleus for community regeneration through experiences that promote sustainability and environmental education.
Our expert guides will take you on a journey through the forest, where you will learn about the different types of plants that can be used to make fermented drink.
This is a unique and educational experience that is perfect for anyone who loves nature and wants to learn more about the fascinating world of fermented drinks.
What is included
- In this practical workshop, we will learn a simple fermentation method that can be used with various natural plants.
- The workshop focuses on creating a pine soda, a fermented drink with many health benefits, including probiotics, vitamins A and C, and anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties, with benefits for the immune system, respiratory system, and mental health.
- The workshop lasts 2 hours and includes a brief explanation of the fermentation process, plant harvesting, and production of a 500ml drink per person to take home.
- It also includes a glass bottle and tasting of various wild fermented drinks at the end of the activity, as well as a space for sharing and knowledge.
