Alentejo offers the perfect setting for wine lovers and adventurers alike.
At the first estate, the guided tour of the winery and vineyard will last approximately 1 hour, followed by a commented wine tasting and a light lunch based on the idea of sharing dishes, but truly dedicated to Alentejo gastronomy par excellence and accompanied by wines. Before leaving, there is still free time to visit the Winery Art Center and the shop.
On our way to next estate, a quick stop to visit the Estate Wine Interpretive Center (guided tour). The guided visit to the vineyards and cellar will last around 1 hour, followed by a commented wine tasting and accompanied by a cheese and sausages board.
What we will do:
- Pick up point: Praça do Giraldo – Évora
- Visit, tasting of 4 wines with light lunch at the hands of the chef
- Tasting of 4 wines with snacks, visit to the cellar and Jeep tour in the vineyard, and visit to the Winery Interpretive Center

10:00 – Departure from Évora
10:40 – Start of the visit to the winery and vineyards
11:45 – Commented wine tasting accompanied by a cheese board and regional sausages
12:30 – Light lunch at the hands of the chef with tasting of 4 wines
13:45 – Free time to visit the Winery art center and shop
14:30 – Departure
14:40 – Winery Interpretive Center (with guided tour)
15:20 – Winery, visit to the vineyards and cellar
16:20 – Tasting of 4 wines commented
17h00 – Departure to Évora
