Near the sea, up to the mountain range that extends through the Montejunto-Estrela system, we planted our white grape vines. This is an especially cool region, with moderate temperatures, mild summers and permanent ocean breezes, where traditional salty dishes are perfectly paired with the region’s finest wines.
